YOUR MISSION:
As a Business Development Executive / Growth Manager, you’ll identify new market opportunities, develop target customer lists, initiate initial contacts, and qualify leads in the enterprise and upper-mid-market segments. You’re often the first point of contact at KINOVA for potential customers, making you crucial in turning initial interest into a strategic conversational AI project. You combine research, outbound outreach, partner collaboration, events, and astute market analysis with a clear goal: to initiate meaningful conversations with companies looking to transform their customer service with AI agents.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new target customers, industry clusters, and potential use cases
- Identify and reach out to relevant contacts in Customer Service, Operations, IT, AI, CX, and management
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
- Preparing, conducting, and qualifying initial interviews
- Clearly identify pain points, opportunities for automation, project timelines, decision-making processes, and next steps
- work based on clear goals and KPIs, such as the number of qualified initial meetings, opportunities generated, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
- Pass qualified opportunities on to Sales and actively support the rest of the process
- work closely with account management, marketing, operations, and the founders
- Continuously test and improve messaging, target audience outreach, and campaigns
- Incorporate market, competitive, and partner information into our growth strategy
- Keep our CRM up to date and make pipeline activities transparent
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- Initial experience in business development, sales development, growth, sales, consulting, or B2B client engagement
- Enjoying the opportunity to build new relationships and initiate conversations with potential customers
- Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English
- A structured approach to work and proficiency in using research, CRM, or sales tools
- analytical thinking and the ability to understand target customers, industries, and market potential
- Initiative, a willingness to learn, and perseverance

- Practical experience with modern sales, research, and AI tools, and a solid understanding of how to use AI for target customer research, account prioritization, messaging, personalization, and more efficient outreach processes
HOW YOU CAN SCORE EXTRA POINTS:
- Experience with outbound sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Experience in setting up AI-powered workflows for research, outreach, lead scoring, or CRM preparation
- Experience in the SaaS, contact center, CX, CRM, or AI fields
- Experience with campaigns, events, partner sales, or market analysis
- Understanding of enterprise customers and longer B2B sales cycles
- First encounters with Parloa, conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, or AI agents
- Experience in testing and refining target audience outreach, messaging, or sales sequences
