At a time when school friends, fellow students, and university classmates came together, the movement and the courage to start something big were born. Levin and Elisa share a common drive to use innovative technologies in a targeted manner to create measurable added value for customers. Thanks to their extensive experience with various platform technologies, they are able to successfully implement complex projects. While Elisa focuses on business development, Levin is responsible for the operational project business. Their common goal: to maximize customer success.

Oliver and Paul are friends from school and founders of the successful IT consulting firm Eigenherd, which specializes in Salesforce. As one of the first employees, Elisa has been part of the team since 2018 and has helped shape Eigenherd in a variety of roles. As a multi-certified Salesforce consultant and project manager, she has successfully gained IT expertise on a large number of customer projects. This close and long-standing collaboration lays the foundation for KINOVA's success story.

Eigenherd and KINOVA are launching a strategic partnership right from the start, offering their customers innovative AI-based solutions for customer service. With a team of 60, Eigenherd not only provides strategic and operational consulting in three business areas—Salesforce Consulting, Energy Industry Consulting, and Enterprise Integration—but also implements holistic digitization projects as well as IT architecture and integration projects. Our customized, cloud-based solutions are based on the Salesforce and MuleSoft portfolio and are implemented in a technologically sustainable manner after a comprehensive consulting phase.

Alex and Levin met on the campus of TH Wildau while Levin was studying business informatics. Alex, a professor of business process management, recognized Levin's special talent and hired him as a student assistant. Later, Levin worked as a solution engineer at Parloa, where he implemented solutions for various customer projects. They stayed in touch and regularly exchanged ideas about innovative technologies and market trends. Developments in the field of AI inspired them to found a consulting firm.

Alex also met with his former college friend Oliver, co-founder of Eigenherd GmbH, a leading Salesforce partner. They had met while studying at the Hasso Plattner Institute, participated in competitions together, such as the BITKOM "Best Process Architecture 2007," and developed a close friendship. Over the years, they continued to meet, especially in academic circles such as the D-School at HPI and Stanford University, ultimately exchanging ideas about the challenges and opportunities of building consulting companies.
