YOUR ROLE: Builder. Advisor. Interface.

  • As a Conversational AI Consultant, you will be responsible for building intelligent AI agents on the Parloa platform. In doing so, you will combine technical understanding, professional depth, and customer focus. You will work in a structured manner in Jira, implement agents in Parloa, and coordinate directly with customers to clarify open requirements. You understand the underlying systems and act as an interface between the customer, project management, and technology—with the aim of not only implementing, but truly understanding what you are building.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and configuring conversational AI agents in Parloa
  • Implementation of requirements based on Jira tickets
  • Technical exchange with customers on use cases, technical possibilities, and limitations
  • Technical analysis of customer systems (telephony, interfaces, business intelligence)
  • Collaboration in the design and optimization of voice and chatbots
  • Clear documentation of your work – structured and comprehensible
  • Support with testing, troubleshooting, and going live
  • Time and effort documentation in the project context (time tracking)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., conversational AI, telco, CRM)
  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting
  • Experience with telephony (e.g., SIP, ACD, IVR, forwarding, routing)
  • Familiar with AI/conversational platforms (e.g., Parloa, Cognigy, Dialogflow, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of IT architectures: cloud, APIs, CRM, ERP, or backend systems
  • Analytical thinking & quick comprehension of complex requirements
  • Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams in a structured manner
  • Reliability & personal responsibility – you manage your tasks independently
  • Experience with Jira and agile working methods is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and English

YOUR ROLE: Customer-focused. Strong implementation skills. Future-oriented.

  • Asa project manager, you will lead challenging conversational AI projects—from the initial requirements analysis to go-live. You will bethecentralpoint of contact for our customers and will ensure that everyone involved knows what needs to be done and when. You will keep an eye on time, budget, and scope, as well as new opportunities for further development for our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and implementation of conversational AI projects (including integrations into telephone systems, CRM, cloud, etc.)
  • Responsible for project goals: on time, within scope, within budget
  • Close coordination with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Resource and capacity planning, including personnel responsibility
  • Identification of upselling/expansion potential among existing customers
  • Designing innovative project approaches (including non-standard ones)
  • Risk management & escalation management during critical project phases
  • Clear communication even on difficult topics (e.g., budget overruns, delays)
  • Transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks for tech and design
  • Regular presentations and workshops with customers (online and offline)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management (ideally in the tech, software, or agency environment)
  • Technical understanding (e.g., APIs, system landscapes, cloud, data flows)
  • Experience with conversational AI, telecommunications, or voice systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, in meetings
  • Structured approach, even when working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident in dealing with customers—even in difficult situations
  • Experience in leading teams (technical or disciplinary)
  • Native-level German and business-level English
