ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Chief of Staff to Levin & Elisa, you’ll work directly with the executive team and support them in driving strategic initiatives, client projects, and internal initiatives forward quickly, systematically, and professionally.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about entrepreneurship, consulting, IT consulting, and enterprise clients—and who wants to do more than just coordinate; you’ll actively contribute ideas, organize, and make a visible impact.
You’ll be closely involved with the company’s most important issues: major clients, strategic decisions, internal management, presentations, regular meetings with shareholders, and operational implementation. You’ll bring order to complex issues, prepare content to a high standard, and ensure that things get done quickly and reliably.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will support Levin and Elisa in their day-to-day operations as well as with strategic and operational matters.
- You create professional presentations, decision-making documents, and client materials in Google Slides, demonstrating a keen eye for design, clarity, and storytelling.
- You will assist with the preparation of quarterly business updates, shareholder meetings, regular internal meetings, and all-hands meetings.
- You will coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, follow-ups, and internal coordination, and ensure that processes run efficiently and reliably.
- You will drive cross-functional projects forward, track deadlines, responsibilities, and next steps, and identify potential roadblocks early on.
- You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including in the context of enterprise clients, IT consulting, and strategic growth initiatives.
- You’ll contribute your own ideas on how to make processes more efficient through AI, automation, and smart workflows.
- You will take on high-impact special projects, for example in the areas of corporate development, customer communications, internal management, process optimization, or go-to-market.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
- A completed or soon-to-be-completed degree, ideally in business administration, management, entrepreneurship, business informatics, engineering, or a related field
- A highly organized, efficient, and reliable approach to work
- Independence: You recognize what is important and take the initiative to drive issues forward
- Organizational skills for scheduling, travel, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
- Excellent skills in Google Slides
- A keen eye for design, layout, storytelling, and professional materials
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex topics
- An interest in understanding enterprise customers, IT projects, and consulting methodologies
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication, both internally and externally
- Excellent command of German and English
HOW YOU CAN SCORE EXTRA POINTS:

- Initial experience with AI tools, automation, or your own small agents
- Experience in startups, consulting, venture building, or fast-growing companies

- Enjoy working directly with Levin and Elisa and taking on responsibility
- Network or connection to WHU, TU Entrepreneurship, or similar entrepreneurial environments
