YOUR MISSION:

• Learn about innovative technologies and understand how to support companies in software implementation.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Gain insights into the world of software implementation. Understand what we at KINOVA do in our projects with customers and how we support companies in using innovative software.
  
• Develop a basic understanding of conversational AI and learn how these new technologies impact the customer experience and service.
  
• With our help, find an area you can dive deeper into. We'll talk with you to figure out what suits you and which position matches your interests.
  
• In marketing: You will help strengthen our brand presence and implement creative marketing strategies. Together with the marketing team, you will ensure that our target audience is reached through the right channels, create content, and support us in preparing for events and trade fairs.
• In the area of business development: You will support our sales team in acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. With your help, we will implement innovative sales strategies and successfully bring our solutions to customers. Join us at events and get to know a wide variety of companies.
• In the field of CX design: Become a prompting expert and build conversational AI bots. You will support our tech team in implementing projects using innovative technologies. Start thinking about what you want your own voice bot to say when we call it for the first time.
