  • Asa project manager, you will lead challenging conversational AI projects—from the initial requirements analysis to go-live. You will bethecentralpoint of contact for our customers and will ensure that everyone involved knows what needs to be done and when. You will keep an eye on time, budget, and scope, as well as new opportunities for further development for our customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and implementation of conversational AI projects (including integrations into telephone systems, CRM, cloud, etc.)
  • Responsible for project goals: on time, within scope, within budget
  • Close coordination with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Resource and capacity planning, including personnel responsibility
  • Identification of upselling/expansion potential among existing customers
  • Designing innovative project approaches (including non-standard ones)
  • Risk management & escalation management during critical project phases
  • Clear communication even on difficult topics (e.g., budget overruns, delays)
  • Transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable tasks for tech and design
  • Regular presentations and workshops with customers (online and offline)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management (ideally in the tech, software, or agency environment)
  • Technical understanding (e.g., APIs, system landscapes, cloud, data flows)
  • Experience with conversational AI, telecommunications, or voice systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, in meetings
  • Structured approach, even when working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident in dealing with customers—even in difficult situations
  • Experience in leading teams (technical or disciplinary)
  • Native-level German and business-level English
