- As a Conversational AI Consultant, you will be responsible for building intelligent AI agents on the Parloa platform. As an Account Manager at KINOVA, you’ll build new client relationships in the conversational AI space and further develop existing opportunities. You won’t be selling off-the-shelf software; instead, you’ll advise companies on how to transform their customer experience with Parloa—from the initial idea through use case discovery and business case development to go-live.
An important part of your role is active sourcing: You identify relevant target customers, find the right contacts, and turn these into qualified sales opportunities.
